Commencing Salary - £55,000-65,000
Overtime - occasional site visit overtime

Job responsibilities -
- Manage commercial aspects of projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to project managers and directors
- Administer NEC4 contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Value and manage variations, claims, and subcontractor payments
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to resolve commercial issues
- Support tender preparation and pricing activities
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project financial performance
Candidate requirements -
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction and/or water industry projects
- Strong knowledge and experience of NEC4 contracts
- Experience with cost management, estimating, and budgeting for medium to large-scale projects
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a project team
Team Dynamics - Small team who work together well and have been together for a number of years.
Candidate needs to be able to integrate into a small close-knit team quickly.
